Kimberly & Jonathan Hall

Kim_Jonathan.JPGMy name is Kimberly Hall. I’ve been married to Jonathan since 2003, and we are from Atlanta, Georgia. We met in youth group and our faith is central in our family. By profession, I am a middle grades teacher, and by vocation, Jonathan is an ordained Pastor. We have three brave, interesting, and funny children—Leah, Benjamin, and Lori—who are working through their teenage years in a new culture.

We began our journey into mission work through another wonderful sponsorship ministry, and learned the importance of investing in individuals and supporting local churches on the mission field. In 2015, we helped found the Manna Child Sponsorship Program. In 2018, we moved to Honduras full-time to minister. We are members in good standing in our local church, Getsemani. We spend our days managing the day to day operations of the Manna program, and it is our great joy and privilege to know each one of our 1,400+ beneficiaries. One of my favorite things to do is visit homes with our partnering Pastors and participate in church activities and small groups.

HallKids.JPGIn my free time, I enjoy studying the Bible, playing guitar, practicing photography, and going on adventures with friends and family. My favorite color is yellow and I love glitter. I like Coca Cola, sunflowers, sour gummy candies, Christmas lights, fun earrings, hand-written letters, and surprises! I enjoy cuddling our two fluffy pups, Muchi and Puchi.

Jonathan enjoys studying and memorizing the Bible, talking, spending time with friends, sports, reading, amusement parks, and adventure sports like zip lining. His favorite color is red. He likes spicy foods, fun t-shirts, Super Nintendo, escape games, logic problems, and reading fantasy or thrillers.
It is my great joy to serve as Director of the Love Lempira Ministry. I am profoundly thankful to be living out my dream of serving the Lord in this way each day.
